Big Blue Q LLC (“we”, “us”) runs bigblueq.com. This policy explains what this site collects, how we use it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

What you submit. When you use the form on this site, we keep the email address you enter and, if you write one, your note. With them we record the date and time, the page you were on, how you arrived (the site or campaign that linked here, and the pages of this site you viewed before sending), and which version of the site you used.

On your device. While you browse this site, your browser keeps that short list of pages in this tab’s session storage, and deletes it when you close the tab. It holds nothing that identifies you, and it is sent only with your submission.

Nothing more from the form. We do not record your IP address, your browser or device, or your location with your submission.

Visits. This site counts visits to its pages and a few actions on them, such as a form being sent. Each count records the page, the time, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer), and the site or campaign that linked here, if any. It does not record your IP address, and this site stores nothing on your device to recognize you. To tell visits apart within a day, it keeps a code made from your network address and browser that changes every day and cannot be turned back into either. We keep these counts on our own systems.

Ordinary web traffic. To deliver this site, our hosting provider receives technical information with each request, such as your IP address and browser type. It may record that information in logs used to keep the service running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify you or to build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to contact you directly about your submission. We do not use it for advertising or for any other purpose. We use visit counts only to see how this site is used and to improve it.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent, trade or share the information you submit with any other party. It is stored and delivered by the service providers that host this site and carry our email, which handle it on our behalf. We would disclose it only if the law required us to.

No third-party tracking

This site does not use third-party tracking. It uses no analytics or advertising services, no social media pixels or widgets, and no tracking cookies. Its pages load no scripts from other companies. This site sets no cookies at all.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as we need it to contact you. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will.

Security

Your submission travels over an encrypted connection and is kept in private storage that cannot be reached from the web.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
